We will be honoring and processing our feelings using art, tarot, sound, or meditation in a small group circle of radical acceptance & kindness. Within these energy infused transformative sessions my signature style of coaching, heART magic, will guide you through creative visualizations and discussion, towards your own path of self awareness, healing, and personal power, in order to bring joy forward.

Each session utilizes my skillset as a certified personal coach and my background in both Reiki and Munay-Ki healing modalities. As my coaching is heavily guided by spiritual connection each is a different experience, using tools like tarot, oracle cards, crystal bowls, sigils, intuitive art, meditation, and journaling. 

In addition, we will have time to honor any feelings and anxiety that you wish to share with the group. 

My circles all come from a place of kindness and radical acceptance. There is a zero tolerance policy for anything that causes harm to another.

There are no refunds and you may cancel your membership at any time. 

Settle in for a guided flow to connect with your own unique emotional process that promotes awareness, joy and healing.
